Hi all, quick fire question. I have put my dials back in after getting the LEDs done etc but now the speedo i acting wierd. I have had hassle with the needle not moving for a random time then it will spring into life. Its been converted and i know it could be speed sensor related.

This time though. The needle is on zero. Then when i turn the ignition on it moves to the 15 mph marking. I will work then but will never return to zero until i turn the ignition off.

I will find out with sat nav to see if its 15 mph out all the way. Any ideas:headvswal

Hi Mark

I would say that the needle has been off at some point and not positioned back properly, when the ignition is started, the needle is under load, if you take the needle off, being careful not to remove the spindle along with it, set it to its furthest point to the right of the dial, then start the car till the needle rests at zero.

Although i tested the lights in the car, i never started it up, had i known you had a previous issue with the speedo i could have sorted it for you

Cheers
