Ive finally pieced everything together for my turbo fitment,

 

ams copy manifolds, heat wrapped and silicon coated

z1 split downpipes " "

hks actuators

a new engine wiring harness

all gaskets etc

restrictors

oil lines bla bla bla

and solid engine mounts,..... should eliminate any engine movement and put less stress on the drivechain etc..... yep its guna be very noisy in there haha.

ebay exhaust wrap, cant remmember which seller but it came in a MASSIVE roll, like 50ft lol.

 

i also bought the silicon sealant spray and stainless cable ties from ebay too.

Little tip wear a mask and gloves that FB stuff is so deadly,

not cheap at all, they all rip you on postage. But its worth it coz it hepls the FB last.

Thanks, ive forgoten the name, but they are the same as the jwt530bb's but the inlet hasnt a flange, so i will be using a silicon coupling which is a pain coz its bit close to the manifolds, which is one of the reasons i have heat wrapped them. Same compressor size and turbo ball bearing housing as silverstreak.

lol i hear ya, been doing some research on it and will be an ace system to have on any car running risk of DET. The performance increases are good and for the added 'protection' it is an awesome combination.

My list gets bigger and bigger but i have to keep doing things to knock it back down XD

oooo ive just realised i missed out buying the downpipe studs whoops, god where to get there now. mjp does them but for £6 each ouch.

hmmm just spent 20 quid on 2 studs and a bolt how fun for me.....

Theres a midget bloke in ascot i know with a couple spanners and a hammer, he has offered to fit it all for £30 including VAT.

 

 

 

ah one more thing mark, you see the 3 bolt compressor oulet in the pic above, does that require a gasket or can liquid gasket be used?

The tubs are gt25r,s and are exactly the same as jwt 530,s without the adaptor flanges.Bit of fabrication and setting up to do on the actuators and youve saved a lot of wonga.
