I have a emachines G720 and want to put a second hard drive in. I have beeb given a Hitachi 160GB HDD (5K250-160 MODEL HTS542516K9SA00) but it doesnt fit.

 

Is there any way of fitting this? Looks like i need some kind of 90 deg connector of some type to mount it in the second HDD bay.

when you say it does not fit do you mean the connection is not the same? you could also go down the external route if it's just more space you need?

same connections and fits in the bay ok but the plug on the computer pokes up from the motherboard so is 90 deg's out to fit the HDD.
