Jut spent a long morning at Zedworld with my car getting a service. It's so nice meeting people who care about the car and customer at least as much if not more than the bottom line as is so often the case in most places.

I had fully expected to have to fork out for a cambelt/waterpump etc but Jeff and Jamie reassured me that the existing parts were fine. How many garages would turn away an opportunity like that. For that very reason I'll be taking the car back when it is time to do it.

Some interesting cars in the workshop too - including the mint original red UK car. It looks like it just rolled out of the showroom !

Anyway just wanted to say a public thankyou (for the service AND the jam on toast !) and look forward to seeing you in the spring for the next round of maintenance work :-)

I did - it's very nice indeed ! Paintwork was stunning ! There's a bronze one there too that looks amazing although the front is not my taste but you can for sure appreciate the work that's gone into it !

I also managed to get a Series 1 steering wheel without the cruise control buttons to swap out my air-bag wheel. I think it looks too American market if that makes sense......ooh and they fitted a replacement arial too !

The jam on toast was sooooo nice :D

what happened with the original steering wheel mate - I like the look of them...

Would just like to say, I am up there every other week and NEVER get jam on toast - clear favourtism Jeff!!! (Laugh)

Honestly though - top guys in every way - Have sorted out my Zed more times than I care to mention!!

Not sure insurance co will be too impressed...?

Jam on toast? I only got a cup of tea (Very nice I may add); Expect 75p to be added to your bill for that :P!

Rich I agree that the insurance might be a bit iffy but I'm hoping that as I'm replacing it with a Nissan part - simply from an earlier year - and that apparently the airbag wheel was an option so could argue on that front too.

If not I may have a Series 1 non-cruise button wheel for sale :-)
