clutch engagement

Before my engine died on me, i got the chance to drive it.

 

Where is the clutch supposed to engage on these cars? mine clutch was either off, or fully engaged, there didn't seem to be any room to slowly let the clutch out. do i need to bleed it you think?

 

Also one of my track rod arm gaiters is split would this be a MOT failure?

    Clutch needs adjusting or its on its last legs !

     

    Gaiter ? you mean the rubber on the ball joint ?
