Just installed both HID lights and new LED side lights.

Will post full detailed instructions later with photos but for now, the questions is, are the HIDs supposed to flicker? If yes, for how long, what causes it and how often does this happen?

I say this because mine are flickering now and then!

Hi mate.

When i tried fitting my HID's myself they where flickering, apparently one of my boxs was faulty.

Anyways its will either be a bad earth but more likely your box is faulty like car.mad says.

Mine has always flickered on one side from time to time, I just never got round to doing anything about it as they dont get any use...lol

Just done the first test drive.

They seem to flicker for the first 5-10secs after starting, but then settle down.

Do you think they will stay like this or get worse?
