im right into horlicks at the moment, it helps me sleep but most importantly it takes away the hunger pangs and stops me from having late night snacks which is no good when ya trying to trim up, have one cup a night at about 9.30 and it sends me off to sleep

yup, i would prob have had a sandwich of some sort or toast with something very unhealthy on it lol

my sheets gets ass and my pillow gets head!!!!! but the secret to a good nights sleep is a good session before hand, works for me everytime ;)

Yep, as is cocoa, as well as warm milk. It the warm milk that does the trick. Lettuce also contains drowsy-making chemicals.
