Where is the best place to buy rear quarter pannels from?. I am having the car resprayed inside and out with a really pearly white and its an expensive job so at the same time I want to replace the rear quarters.

 

Any ideas?

Could try Solent Body Panel down in portsmouth...

I tried SCP pannels for stuff for my S13, they said they don't do much stuff for Nissan.

 

You should be able to get them from NIssan, but won't be cheap.

I looked into this a couple of years back when I was getting ready to do my sills

 

From nissan if I remember correctly the back quarter panel comes complete. rear section of sill, wheel arch, rear section and c pillar and will set you back somewhere in the region of £450

 

Other than the sill and arch sections from ebay I havent seen any pattern body panels for the Z32 :(

All body panels are still available i was told earlier this year.Mjp can get them.Hes a trader on here.Will cost a bomb for fitting.One of the worst panels to replace.

Basically a wheel arch repair kit would do!! I spoke to someone today who said get wide rear fiberglass arches and bumper fitted but TBH im not that keen on them. My car is rock solid everywhere but it did have a few rust bubbles on the rear wheel arch, thing is spend 5K on a flashy respray to have it come back through would be a bummer!. So I do need to sort it out properly...

Excellent they sell replacement arches on ebay, I will get a set of those put on to be on the safe side. I can understand why the garage was not overly keen to do the rear quarters looking at how tricky they would be to do.

 

Going for a pearl white again, but a really pearly one that can be matched in the future and having the car stripped to a shell and done inside and out including the engine bay so it should be nice.
