How about a photographer for each region? So any local meets, mini meets can be snapped by the R.P. (regional photographer) then posted onto the forum for all to see and prints available via e-mail, post etc. for a small fee which could cover the cost for the photo and contribute towards the club for future events. Sounds like a plan to me!! What do you all think? (Or am i getting a little too deep/over my head?) I would be up for covering my region.

Not worth doing, people tend to take their own photos and post them up anyway. and if there is any selling to be done, then Official Trader channels need to be followed, like mtl is doing.

Its a good idea in essence mate, but the amount of pitfalls/problems with that idea is unbelievable tbh.

Personally i always take my camera with me to meets and if anybody ever wanted any copies i'd be more than happy to email them to them. No reason others can't just do that. Me and Daz always swap disks with all the pics we took and then we have a copy of everything both of us took. :D

Cheers,

Isaac

I thought that was a good idea too! as a single person cant be everywhere all the time :)

Like i said its a good idea in essence but there are MANY pitfalls/problems with it.

I'll give you one for starters.......

We struggle endlessly trying to get people to commit to becoming an REO, so trying to get someone to commit to another thing for each region is asking far more than i think is possible.

The original idea is do-able aslong as its done thru the necessary channels but trying to implement it to each region is near impossible IMO.
