Vrooom Bang!! auto box dead!

Got the zed out for its first run after engine rebuild,3 tours of the car park and bang! the gearbox disintegrated :mad: :headvswal time for a manual conversion me thinks. gutted.

    auto boxes can be picked up for cheapy cheap, or bite the bullet and go for the whole conversion. Theres quite a few bits though so have a look whats involved before shopping!

    breakers yard i deal with has a 94 na manual with rear end damage getting it dropped off tmoro,once i get all the goodies from it give him the shell back and then the saga can continue:rolleyes:

    gutted for ya matey, i've had something similar, did the manual conversion, and ooh yeah, happy days!!!! Well, it will be once i've fitted the new wiring loom, it never ends! :-)
