HELP..... wheel valve wanted

I've got Japanese split rim alloys off a jap import. Heavy fisted tyre fitter managed to smack the top nut of the valve off when removing tyre!!!

The part is 'L' shaped, nobody in South West has one, all UK alloys seem to have straight ones?? Anybody got one, had this problem or know where to get them???? Do you even know what I'm on about??? I do have picture if anybody thinks they know what I'm on about... cheerz
