Some numpty just forced me into the bushes on the side of the road cos she didn't know how big her car was...

Most annoying as i stopped to check, and i now have nice lines all down the passenger side of my car where the branches etc smacked my car.

Why do people insist on having massive cars and then not know how to drive them, I swear she was halfway across my side of the sodding road.

Now i have to spend the whole of tomorrow trying to clean and polish out the marks out!!!

Heigh ho - Rant over :headvswal

I know mate - that really pisses me off as well:rant:

And half the time it's people in poxy little cars like Fiestas etc; who drive down the middle of the road:slap:

I hope you can polish it all out buddy.

Richard:(

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Yep its annoying alright, amazing how many drivers don’t know who's right of way it is either

hope you get the marks out mate, maybe some compound in the area and a good wax ??

Yeah - i'm gonna give it a good clean, might even give it a once over with some clay - then polish a load of TCut colourfast into it - then a good coat of Autyglym resin polish..

Should do the job.

It's not the best paintjob in the world - but streaks down the side are not in the script.

and yeah, what's that about people not knowing who's right of way - even at bloody rounderbouts :headvswal

I spent all afternoon out on the drive trying to sort out the scrapes down the side of the car caused by yesterdays numpty.

First i washed it

Then i clayed it

Then i T Cut colourfast polished it

and again

then i used autoglym super resin polish...

I'm pleased with the results, but should have taken some photos of what it looked like before.

I did it all by hand, but think that i would like to buy a half decent electric polisher..... any advice?

I fully agree.....

its just this one was particularly bad :nono:

I'm just pleased to get all the scrapes and marks out. ;)

You enjoying your new car as much as i'm enjoying mine nicci?:D:D:D

yeh i do, when im allowed to drive it :D

but women drivers are bad (apart from me)

Once upon on a time, on a particularly vicious country lane, I was crawling up a hill going less than 10mph, when this young lass in a metro came caining it around a corner at the top- she promptly slammed on the anchors and locked her brakes alllllllllll the way down the hill, forcing me to evade a head on collision and dump my dads car into the hedge! My front wheel ended up in a hidden gulley, destroying the suspension, whilst she scraped her metro all the way down the drivers side.

These were the days before camera phones & her family was first on the scene, them being local and all ... it ended as knock for knock, despite several yards of tyre marks!!!!:mad: The car was only a Citreon BX though, phew ;)
