After 3 months trying to fix an ECU failure-code 13, having thought it was a Temp. Sensor issue, I've now been informed that it's 90% likely to be a failed Power Transistor Unit.

Does anyone have one for sale? Preferably the later model...

Thanx, Drew

Hi Drew,

Although there are a few people breaking cars on this forum I would strongly suggest to you to bypass this option and go straight for a new (late model) PTU from Courtesy Nissan in the US. They are not too dear and their service is very quick. By getting a new PTU you ensure that it hasn't got any of the inherit problems that plagued the older models.

Good luck!

Danny

Give me a shout if you're still after a PTU. I've got one in guarenteed working order.

Thanks

Thanks Danny/Andy,

Danny - have you imported one from the states yourself?
