Little bit of help needed please!

I am getting some vibration from under the rear/middle of my manual LWB TT, had it on a ramp last night and it looked like the rubber part of the center bearing has separated for the bracket the bolts to the floor. The vibration starts when accelerating hard or when I go over 60mph, I was kindly given a reconditioned shaft with new bearing but have just remember that it was of a auto which I take it will not fit?

I am now thinking of buying the following and want to make sure I am ordering the correct item, for example is this a complete unit with no extra bits needed.

I was also thinking of getting a new gearbox mount just to cover all bases, again is this one correct?

The front part of the manual prop is different length than one from an auto due to the gearboxes been different, however the centre bearing is the same one, you could remove the one off the auto prop and fit it to your manual prop, remember to mark the two halfs relative position before taking them apart though to maintain the balance.

what about an NA auto centre bearing can these be put onto a TT auto, ive heard they can be modded to fit?

Yes, the difference between the two is the level it sits at on the car, interestingly the later non turbo zeds are fitted with a TT bearing as standard, what Nissan did was to fit slimmer shim washers ( exactly half of the standard ones) between the bearing housing and bodywork.

Hence a non turbo bearing can be fitted to a TT if two shim washers are used each side.

Everything else about the bearing is the same so no reason to be worried a non turbo one is a lesser bearing.

Thanks for the info, only problem is i don't have the washes from the NA bearing, just the prob and bearing itself. Are the washes just standard ones or a specific type.

Yes no worries, they are the standard one`s that are part of the fittings to the underbody, available from Nissan. see below marked "spacers"
