In answer to my own question and for those who may follow there is a website site which sheds a bit of light here: http://www.tyres-pneus-online.co.uk/reading-tyre-markings-advice.html

doesnt shed much light on what ABZ or the s02A is tho.

These are the two in my shortlst:

255/40 R17 ZR BSW, BZ, N4

255/40 R17 ZR KZ, N3

So should I go for the latest N4 spec or the N3 which is also approved by Nissan?

While I don't seem to be setting the world alight with this thread...just got camskill to list these on their webby but 30mins ago:

BRIDGESTONE S02 POTENZA BRIDGESTONE S 02 - 255/40R17 94Z (KZ N3) TL

Guy said they would be £130 each inc vat, that was the cheapest I'd found anywhere. They have actuly gone on at £119 inc vat each!

Considering he told me they only make £4 per tyre, I think someones cocked up! :)

Just throught any tyres hunters on here may like to know. Bought mine for £243 inc vat and delivery. You can all go back to ignoring me now
