its actually dead easy bud, takes about 15 minutes to do it once your bumper is off :)

The bumper is still off as im taking out the lights tomorrow. But not to sure on the fuel vapours being left :confused:

removed mine yesterday, just got to cap the bits off. Only bit that was a nightmare was the both that holds the rails on (if you want to remove the dead rails). In the end I found with the headlight out you can get a 10mm spanner on it.
