Hi everyone, my wife has a 1997 FTO the front fog lamps/spot lamps don't work. New bulbs and testing with direct power from battery shows they can work. I think a fuse has gone, but I have checked all under the hood with no luck. Any one with FTO experience out there please.

Not had chance to look at them yet. Have you checked the fuses in the car??

Yep, done that....well I can only find one fuse box that is under the bonnet on the right hand side by battery. Probably another hidden somewhere. I must buy an awners manual for car I guess that would help?

There is a fuse box in the drivers footwell, but the fuse for the fog is no.8 in the engine bay

I had a similar problem, i had to change the bulb holder and that solved my problem.

Well i have found out what the problem is with mine.

 

i have no bulbs or bulb holders pmsl!!:rofl:
