Thought it would be an interesting thread to see what all us ZED owners do for a job? and describe what you have to do day to day.

I will start...

I own a dot com company (im sure that a few of you use my sites as we look after millions of people in the uk), its very varied day to day. Some days you have mountains of problems to deal with ranging from Staff, Hackers, and literally thousands of moaning people or techical problems. To other days where you can be creative coming up with new ideas and applications and get a great sence of achievement. I do love what I do but sometimes things move a bit slowly for my liking. :duffer:

On the plus side I have one of the guys in the office building me a nice site so I can post up all my progress and pictures on my 300zx.

I install dispensing systems for controlled drugs in Pharmacies and do the software training for the pharmacists and staff. Fairly interesting most of the time, gets me around the country but I spend lots of time away from home which isnt great!

Do you get all the meths you want as a perk? :p

Joiner( for 21 years) for a nationwide shopfitting company mainly contracts for the big supermarket chains. Didn't much like it in the office they tried to rope me into it about 5 years ago but found it p!ss boring. Maybe different in a few years if I can get my arse into gear trained up on CAD.

I work on the bgateway.com website that gives advice for people looking to start or grow an existing business, all done in partnership with businesslink.gov.uk south of the border

Sadly??! we of course dont supply the controlled drugs - just the machines to dispense it.

Basically the pumps save the pharmacist having to measure everything out and then prints of the paperwork at the end of the day (controlled drugs registers and also labelling)
