A car alarm has been going off since 11am and is still going, constantly. It is in a garage in the block of flats that backs onto my house and is actually driving me MAD.

How long does it have to go on for before I can ring the council? I've got a felling it's going to be a long night.......................

Im not sure if the same laws apply but i'm pretty sure you can have your Hi-Fi removed from your house if your neighbours complain about it after 10pm.

Easy.... get into the bonnet and feed the f0cker with water....

Cops may will probably tell you to see the council with the complaint :smash::smash::smash: which is always f**king useful

i know if a car is parked on the street and the alarm is constantl going off (got to be for a few hours though) the police or council can have it removed on grounds of disturbing the peace-or something like that

Battery started dying around 4am, just as I was loading the shotgun. Where's the smiley face with VERY tired eyes?

Yup, and apparently pamping your horn after 10pm in a residensual housing estate is illegal aswell due to noise?
