Thanks Boldy thats solved my problem as i have fitted them wrong then!

Not sure if it would make a difference?

It is my understanding that there is no correct or incorrect way of fitting those parts. Some pics show them one way and other pics show them the other way. They are still fitted and doing their job so i can't see it being a problem.

If i'm wrong i'm sure i'll be shot down accordingly, however this has always been a grey area and i'm sure it will remain that way!

I'm pretty sure when I got mine from DTA the instruction showed the correct direction to fit, also when I later had a query about them he asked which way round they were fitted to make sure they were on correctly. Unfortunately I can't remember which way round that was, sorry:(

For those companies who make these and specialise in Z32 specific parts, they will provide fitting details, Powertrix and Spl for example.

There are pics some where on here showing the damage that can happen using arms that are not z32 specific and when fitted the wrong way and how easy it is to fit them the wrong way.

From Spl below, hope that helps.

Smithy

This way is different from the link you posted mate the way you have them the arm is quite near the shock whereas the other way round the shock has plenty of clearance

Just a thought

I thought it was different in each  Gonna be fitting a pair of arms on mine at the weekend so at least Smithys link has cleared it up for all of us :hyper::hyper:
