Lovely can't wait for the total control to be finalised, I am fed up of being able to think for myself !

Another example of 'i just dont like the way its all going' .now lets all sit back, relax + ignore it as we lose more independence through interfernce :nono:

they'll be able to get their hands on the tax then too

Time to mount my 'high horse'.If you guys dont like all this crap, tell them.

Write to your mp,the mayor, the papers.annoy people! Clog their emails!

If nobody complains, they assume we dont mind ....

ive been busy making plans to email or write to my local mp reagarding the renting out of private accomodation, the lanlord now doesnt recieve the rent from the housing benefit direct, it now goes to the tennant to give to the landlord, it is to help them handle money and to look for cheaper accomodation, ffs we only charge £50 a week, no council tax, free hot water and heating in the winter months

also if the tennant falls into arrears, we are not allowed to complain to the housing benefit till its 8 weeks in the arrears and then fill a form out to suspend the rent which takes another 2 weeks then an investiagtion into non payment of rent will be made and it could still favour the tennant if he promises not to do it again, its a fookin liberty it is, we have lost thousands i the year it has run and my job could be at risk

fookin goverment, its a joke, they whoever comes up with these ideas want lashing with a stick with shit on the end

I know exactly what you mean, we evicted a tenant a few weeks ago,

they were £7k in rent arrears!!

You would never believe the state of the house, cost nearly £3k just to

clear it out/fumigate 3times! They'd ripped out the central heating, completely

wrecked the kitchen, removed all the internal doors, kicked holes in the walls.

Found loads of nazi memorabillia/swastickas and moulds for making bullets

in the shed!

Also had one a while ago where police used new powers to remove the family

from the house due to the trouble they caused etc That property cost

nearly £20k to get back to a lettable standard!

its fookin terrible mate, the government do all they can to protect the tennats but do fook all to protect the landlord

I'm fookin stunned at this. I rented my old house out to a "Mate" and his dumbass bird. She was so fookin thick she couldn't even fill out the forms, so I got no rent for 3 months. I decided to let it go, but within 4 months she said that the doctor had "recommended" that they have central heating installed as the cold was making her ill. I decided to invest a few thousand and got the job done. Within one month of paying for this, and countless other things to keep them happy, they complained that they had mice and a rat. When I turned up, the lazy cow had let her kids dump food behind the settee, which had gone off. She then moved out without any notice and completely trashed the place. Even half of the double glazed windows were cracked. I kept the measly deposit and even got loads of shit off them for that. Strangely the rat and mice disappeared once I had fumigated the place. I would never rent again, but if I had to, I would have a sign in the windows saying "DSS - Piss Off!"
