I was disappointed that there were know stand/stall what ever you like to call it selling just run off the mill spare parts for cars. and not meny food stand's .£25.00 each is a lot to show your car. I did American car shows for year's and you could aways pick parts up at them . not just crome and stickers and after market kit's. Or is im just geting old

JAE is a car show mate, with traders as an add-on, if you want spare parts go to a breakers. ;)

so was all the show's i have been too when i did some American car show's they were bigger then the JAE and thay had them. i only asked why as i was surprised to see none.

Well we aint is America, so i guess its done different here.

JAE is the best show i have been to as of yet, no complaints from me :)

Cheers,

Isaac

You can usually find Slick pete at the shows selling used Z parts. However he was at Zedfest that weekend rather than JAE.

There are less than a handful of Z specialist traders in the UK, its a very limited market and if your are going to be trading at a show you tend to take the exciting bits that will interest people.

Its not like the American car market in the UK, Standard new and OEM parts are readily available from Nissan Dealerships and traders online/mailorder.

I just wanted to have my say and the shows i have been to were here. thank's Legrath for your input

Stonewall....

I know where you're coming from, I persoanlly think that this years show was not served in the Traders and Refreshments department at all well!

I also don't think that this show was very well laid out, BUT>>>> This was a new location and I'm sure they will improve on it for next year, and I will be going back :D

I supose it also depends as to why you attend a show like this...... Is it becasue you want the 'crack' with your friends who own the same car as you, or you go because you like to see the full spectrum of what's available and appreciate everything there?

Personally mines both ;), but the latter was missing, and TBH (no dissrespect to who was there on Sunday) the former wasn't there for me either as most of the members that I know weren't there either this year :(

ROLL ON JAE 2010 :D

Sellers are adjusting to what the market wants! And unfortunately alot of what the market wants are Chrome/shiny bits and stickers which is sad to see :( At Zedfest there were quite a Few Mechanically Amazing cars and not just full of Show and Shine Guys (although a fair few of the 350z guys were)
