OK People

 

Have 2 turbos for sale for the beloved 300ZX. Was keeping them as spare just incase I had problems with mine but a company car is ordered so there isn't such an urgency now.

 

Anyways, I have not seen them in action but I guess that anyone wanting them will probably exchange them for Hibrids. However, I can confirm that there is hardly any play on the spindles.

Are they T25's?

And if so are they the same as the S13 T25? Someone must know.

 

Well if all of that is true you could probably sell them on the 200 board.

Do the turbos have that information printed on them?

I'm pretty sure they are T25's, but not sure about whether the compressor wheel etc is the same.

 

Someone is bound to know. Smithy perhaps?

Have just looked at them. They have GARETT A/R 48 on them and they also say M24 on them.

 

Any ideas?

Funny you should say that I have one under my desk.

 

the cold side says M24, Garrett AR 48 KTT,

then behind the m24 there it says 02.

 

Then on the hot casting it says .64, garrett 29P on the manifold flange, and K5S H3.

 

Any of those?

Thats the one.

Same turbo yes, but don't forget ours are handed for left/right hand side fitting and auto's have different turbine/compressor housings to the manuals, so other than that yes.

If the numbers are the same particularly the .48 and .64 then they must be the same as the S13's as this is the aspect ratio figure.

 

I didn't realise they were handed, so you will only be able to sell one to the S13 boys.
