after many years of fairly smooth ebaying I have encountered a proper idiot. After 3 weeks a few emails sent no response a claim and no item . He finally responded threatening to sue me for leaving negative feedback(the feedback was in no way abusive or slanderous) i have since had numerous threats to remove it (also 2 types of court civil and crown action :rofl: ) turns out diggin up his past feedback has threatened this before to others. Also turns out his uk status is actually malta so he's misrepresented himself too. His emails are quite funny just hope paypal sort it(they're twats too they've given him neraly 2 weeks to provide postage details WTF) he says he's uploaded tracking details which he hasn't. must think I'm a freekin boner, what a pen!s rant over

I've had something similar before. the bloke uploaded a false tracking number. I rang paypal and spoke to a guy with some common sense, as soon as he looked at the tracking number he closed the case there and then and refunded me the money. Worth a call

i get threats with solicitors all the time when i throw a tennant out, i even get the first free letter from a solicitor, i usually just ring the solicittor up and blast him for sending out such a ridicoulos letter and tell him not to bother with any bogus claims as i have proof of non payment of rent, i usually get an apology from them lol

giot to wait til the 9th for paypal to step in he has uploaded feck all. Had a false track before and was sent a flyer recorded delivery which I scanned and sent to paypal and when a crime number was recorded i was issued a refund. this guy is a BIG trader though and should know better with 20,000 feedback

iv had this b4 guy said i had signed for and received the package and he had tracking to proof only problem was his tracking showed the item was signed for in bristol and i live in scotland lol
