Specifications

I'm curious to know what the original expected or proven stats are for a standard (factory) Zx TT?

For instance (for manual and auto)

0~60Mph

Mpg

Top speed if unrestricted

BHP

etc etc

Also the same expected specs for basic upgrades i.e. a zx TT with Induction kit, Performance exhaust, Chipped ecu and boost controller?

Stats vary depending what you read but typically :

0-60 of around 5.6 seconds seems to be the most common time.

1/4 mile of 13.8-14.2 seconds

Top Speed is 155 Limited (175'ish unlimited)

These figures tend to be for the Manual, i dont recall seeing any Auto tests.

Car and Driver Magazine had the fastest recorded time of 5.0 secs in a SWB TT manual and 13.8secs 1/4mile

Power is 280 or 300 for the TT Manual, depending on which you believe. (U.S was quoted as 300bhp, and Europe and Japan 280) - Thats a whole other thread topic.

The Auto is less powerfull, Nissan UK quote 263bhp, and Nissan U.S quote 280bhp.

With my first Z I did a comparison test between stock boost and 14.5psi Boost, using Nissan Datascan to measure it, which uses the Vehicle speed sensor.

TT 2+2 Manual

Induction kit

Catback exhaust & decats

John Dixon ECU

265/35/17 Falken-452 tyres

On stock boost I recorded a 5.5 secs 0-60 and 14.1 secs 0-100.

On 14.5psi boost with the same mods I did a 4.7secs 0-60 and 11.9 secs 0-100.

Those figures definitely make me grin - I bought this car on a complete whim (have owned over 80 motors now) but as I'm spending cash on my Zed it indicates it could be a permanent fixture!

Highly impractical, guzzles gas but = immense fun..!

I've seen mpg quoted at 18mpg for us models which have smaller gallons, I avg around 16 and as good as 26 on a constant 70-80 motorway journey.
