Hi All, looks like im getting somewhere with my on going running problem, found that the right O2 sensor doesnt very much when engine being rev'ed. it goes from 0.32v to 0.34v, this is a new sensor. what would cause it to sit at one voltage? casting my mind back this is fault i had with the old sensor aswell. going to start diag tomorrow, just need to know a couple of things first. Where is plug for the o2 sensor (making sure it plug into the correct one), wheres the earth point, fuses etc etc.

Regards Andy

!!!UPDATE!!! followed the test procedure from suffolkzx (big shout out ot him, many thanks) let engine get warm, unpluged right o2 sensor checked both outer terminals with voltmeter to check ohms and got nothing!! checked left sensor got a reading that was changing while cooling down. (right sensor nackered). checked wiring plug on loom, receiving signal from ecu and getting 12v with ign on so thats all fine. what i have noticed is that when the good sensor was unplug the ecu defaults to 0.32v's (must be default setting for ecu) the reading i was getting on conzult!! Now i need a good 02 sensor lol and try that. thanks all for your help again.
