My tweed interior is now starting to look 'tired'. What are the best options to improve the look. A full retrim kit, seats, door cards, centre console, dash surround etc is over 1K from zcentre!

What do trimmers charge approx or what have you guys done to re-invigorate the interior of an old Z!!

ive split the job into two halves - a) get the bits (seat trim, door cards, dash surround, etc.), b) get a pro to install them (not done this bit yet!)

...purely to split the cost up! :D

if your any good with your hands then go get yourself some leatherette in the colour you want and get covering.

i took a short cut and spent few hundered quid on some new Front Seats! Sold the stock ones to reduce the cost and is still way cheaper than if i had them re-trimmed

2 NEW seats! Cost me 250 for the pair and weigh the same as only 1 stock seat! So saved a nice 30kgs from the mid of the car :D

had a look in your rides section. Seats look good- what are they & where did you get them?

This all depends on how much you want to put into your 300 matey. If it is in top form, then go for a full leather retrim, costs a bit, but worth it. If your 300 is not in top form and you need cash for other projects (like me), then go for a leatherette (plastic, i know!!) which is very cheap and easy to fit, and looks ok. I went for the second option. Take a look in my ride for piccies.

Not the exact same ones but here were the other set i was contemplating.

Ebay CLICKY

The subframes they gave me needed extensive modifying to fit the zeds existing holes, and their delivery was excellent only took 3days before i had them, well packaged too!
