Thread size

Just been dummy fitting the turbos to the engine and noticed that there is a adapter block on the engine which the oem oil feed line went too from the turbo. With the new oil feed line on the t28r's i've noticed that i need a new adapter fitting to replace the adapter block to accept the oil line off the new turbos to connect to the engine.

Does anyone know where i could get these little adapters from or what thread sizes i would be looking at? I'm guessing they would all be the same size for uprated turbos and the oil feed lines?
