Engine lifting?

Hi all can anyone help me?

Im going to be dummy fitting the engine tonight to see how much clearence i have in fitting the actuators and pipe work!

What is the best way to lift the engine using the engine hoist without damaging the engine?

I can only see one engine hook at the rear of the engine should there be more??

Also could i lift the engine from the heads??

P,s i also have a engine leveller is it wise to use that?

Thanks

Dan
