Remote Control car sound in stereo

Sounds like the stereo is getting some interfierence from the engine, so when I accelarate I can here a kind of whistling coming through the speakers.

Anyone know what this is? Have I not earthed something? Please help lol

    its just a bad earth so running an earth from the stereo cage to somewhere on the car will usually sort this

    Aye yep tis a groundloop. I introduced one over the weekend by grounding a line driver somewhere different to the amplifiers (testing it out)

     

    All your audio equipment need to share the same grounding point!

    There was a ground already in the car and connected to the gage and it didn't happen before, but it is now, im thinking I wonder if I have puuled the other end out or something
