Which Blog software should I go for?

Anyone have any experience with Blogs?

I want to integrate one into my bands new website but I'm not entirely sure which one out of these to go for:

Or is there one that I haven't listed that I should consider?

Ideally I'd like to mainly do video blogs which I can upload to YouTube or Vimeo and embed into the Blog (I'm guessing that's the best way to go about it?). If possible I'd then use the Blog on our website as the main one for all our other social networking sites (MySpace, Facebook, Last FM, ReverbNation etc etc), directing them all to it either directly or via RSS feed (is that the right way of putting it? Only just getting accustomed to this sort of thing ;)).

Aside from the videos there would be the occasional photo and a few odd lines or lyrics thrown in. The page would also have to be quite "customise-able" so I could make it look as thematically close to our website as possible with the addition of Logo graphic etc.
