Me again

I have removed both a front and rear wheel. I have measured the outside width of each wheel. I know the wheel size is the inside width of the wheel, but this is all i can measure when there is a tyre attached.

The rear measures 244mm wide outside which converts to approx. 9.5" wide, so i guess this is 8.5" wide with an offset of ET 35.

The Front measures 221mm wide outside, which converts to approx. 8.5" wide, this is 1" narrower, this i guess would make the front 7.5" wide with an offset of ET 42 ??

Yet people report uk spec has 8.5" rear, 8" fronts.

Does this sound right, any help appreciated.

Regards

Kev
