Lights on - aerial up !!

My car started doing this coincidally after the fitment of a Profec-B boost controller, which I thought was down to a hiccup in the wiring up of this piece of kit. However after disconnecting it from its power source, I still have the problem. any ideas chaps ??

    when you say the lights come on do you mean head lights or side lights?

    No the lights don't come on. When I turn the lights on (side or head, they are sequenced) my aeriel is activated
