how strange, for about a month now ive been feeling terrible with being all bunged up, waking up with hangover like feelings (even though i hadnt been drinking the night before), having aching legs all day as if i had run a marathon and getting flashes before my eyes and getting headaches on and off all day long, went to docs and was told the usual crap excercise cut out the coffee eat better and so on, to which i did but to no avail

changed my pillow at the weekend and ive never felt better, no aches pains or headaches all week, could it have been down to the wrong pillow causing pains in my head and legs and so on, ive had this pillow for a while now and only decided to change as it went out of shape when washing it again

what you reckon, coincidence or the pillow making me bad

I think its all in the head.lol......but saying that i have to have a soft pillow as in kind of firm one gives me aching neck pains.

then yes i would say your pillow might have caused it....guess it ended up all quite stiff and firm before you changed it?

stella....got that foglight, was under the boot mat matey! Just waiting on the documents and stuff you found coming in MOT and all.

Could well be the pillow !, sleeping position is rather important i'm told there are good position's to sleep in and other's that can cause issues with you're back and muscles etc.

I'm not that sure on that one ;)

(certainly wont meke any odd's to me though  )

I've been sleeping like sh!te for ages because of a duff mattress. I would ache all day and not look forward to going to bed as I knew I wouldn't sleep. Finally pulled my finger out and bought a new one and the difference is amazing, can sleep all day now :D

The other thing they reckon is that after a couple of years 50% of your pillow is made up of dead skin and stuff

Thats probably making you feel like shit as well

i wash my pillow every month, had a shitty night's sleep last nite, but that was due to an akward job i have todayand thinking on how i was gonna do it lol

i wash my pillow every month,

Washing a pillow wont do much, soon as it gets wet all the skin and dust and shit all just clumps together and wont come out.
