I have cleaned the throttle bodies, changed the temp sensor and have had a new wiring loom, its having a boost leak test done Monday, as my mechanic thinks their is a big leak down by the passenger turbo. I checked the MAF today, took the nose panel off and my air filter is damp and water is holding on top of the air filter, checked the maf connection and seems clean, their is a splash guard underneath, I was wondering if rain water is getting through between the nose panel and the bumper, is their suppose to be a seal their?

Could this be a cause of hesitation? The car is fine when warm, any ideas?

I've had a missfire on my last zed cos of a wet air filter not sure about idle though the headlight panel has a black rubber strip along the bottom that butts into the bumper.
