ABS Actuators

Hi all,

Where abouts are the actuators for the ABS????? I know the rear is in the boot somewhere but no idea about the front.

Many thanks, Rob

The wheel actuators are located on each hub assembly, the main ABS valve unit for both front an rear is located in the boot on the right hand side under the pastic housing.

Cheers Jeff,

So in terms of bleeding do the calipers as normal and then the bits in the boot. Are the boot parts straight forward and self explanitary? Never done an ABS system before.

Cheers again

Ok, as all of the brake pipes go from the master cylinder to the ABS system first then bleed the two nipple at the abs unit first.

Then the front calipers than the rear calipers, do not worry to much about corner priority in our experience it has little effect.
