I may have posted this before (it's a bad habit of mine, i know) but i am having det issues on high boost.

I have had a full engine rebuild, Z1 GT525 tubs, divorced downpies, de-cat, exhaust, intake, jd chip, 550 venom injectors, godspeed smics, asi rad.

Max boost is 14.5-15 psi, any more and i get the "coffee bean in a tin" sound. I thought with these mods i could achiveve at least 19psi?

I can only think the injectors are maxing out or they are not up to it.

Any advice/info will be a great help.

Thanks people,

Al.

Hi Alan,It is possible that one of your injectors isnt flowing enough. They are not known for being consistent.Your running the same map as me now so should have more than enough fuel for 15+ psi.Pm John and see what he reckons.Does it sound like a multiple of pings or maybe just like its one cylinder?
