Since the announcment of his death, its constantly on TV. News, radio, papers etc.

Theres so many differnt tribute things going on.

Sure his music was good, but then he got weird as time went on.

Ive seen a fan on the tv, who said it is the same feeling as the day that Princess Diana died, and that they dont know how they will cope with their life anymore. Other have say they feel empty...

FFS, get a grip, you bunch of pillocks, the guy is no more.

There is far more important things going on in the world.

For example, a plane crashes into the Indian Ocean, all but one person died.

That is way more of a news item to concentrate on.

How long is this crap going to go on???????

Is there going to be a National holiday on the day. NO

Is it just me, or am i being over the top.

heard a classic on the radio last week....a bloke who knew him said "i have warned everyone that i could warn and i told them that one day michael jackson is going to wake up dead".....hahaha....brilliant...you can still hear it on this radio 4 clip...only for next day so be quick...its about @24 seconds in from the start

Its the same as elvis...........great career move. Its going to go on forever now, people never stopped loving elvis as he changed the way of music and its the same with michael jackson. yeah theres more important things in the world i wouldnt argue that but there is always bull**** in the papers of celebrities before they will publish a real joe bloggs life or death story or something like that....its just the way the world is which can be annoying at times!

Heard he owed $150M to barclays

When you owe $15K they are a big problem to you

When you owe $150M you are a huge problem to them

well it just a way of the media to to get attention and views on there radio stations, tv channels, mags etc. Look at Diana for example, she still makes the headlines sometimes and people will still jump at any news regarding her.

but MJ was beyond just an artist who made great music and danced, he is a significant public figure that everyone in pretty much every corner of the earth recognises like a conglomerate name such as Cola

he was not treated well by the media when he was alive and altho he obviously cannnot witness what is going on now he is more than deserving more than a 'few' tribute days for something he contributed over 45 years of his life to.

So altho tiresome at times i think it would be disrespectful to not give him that kind of acknowlegement. Besides he achieved far more that elvis and any other 'real' greats have done in there careers

If a nobody like jade goody can be in the papers for weeks, then a superstar like michael jackson can surely do to........sure it gets on your nerves a bit but you dont have to watch the news......he was respected by millions of people even if he went slightly weird......whenever the funeral is there will be thousands of people lining up the streeets...
