help and advice needed while heads are off

hi all.

my uk tt manwel go a bit hot and the head gasket on drivers side went pop. so ive stripped it down with the intention of replacing both head gaskets and also while i am on i would like to replace the smoking turbos.

so the questions go

which head gasket should i use?

which turbo seals to use given the fact its decatted with a larger exhaust

i see there is a lot of speak of removing egr gear

and a direct feed bypass for the turbo water feeds.

also i am contenplating repalcing the intercoolers and possibly the turbos but what a rough idea of what the experts might suggest as sensible mods, i can see that this could snowball very easily given the chance.
