driver door window

Hi i have had my car about 6 months and was out cleaning it today . when for the first time i noticed that when the door is closed. you have like 3 piano black panels . but on the driver side i only have two the glass edge on both windows but the door one is mat can this be changed and if so is it easy thank

    sorry thats it when the window up it has a black strip and so has the door edge. the other strip is the back window. it's the door part thats mat widows are ok
