Auto box cooler

Hi people, had my auto box rebuilt about 6 months ago and having problems with it over heating. think the after market cooler which was added before the box finally gave up is blocked. tried flushing it but as they veins inside are very small thought id change it anyways. is this the one i need? http://www.zcentre.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=21_52_46&products_id=191 , my car is a uk model
