I just put my 300 back together after having the plenum off to change the injectors, since putting it all back together i have disturbed somthing on the brakes.

when the car is switched off there is resistance on the brake pedal, when the engine is on there is no resistance unles pressed quickly twice, but after only a couple of seconds this pressure is gone.

the handbrake works, and the brake light on the dash is on!

also i belive the fuse for the radio is blown, i dont know where it is though as i dont have the handbook.

Francis.

i would have thought that the only thing that changes with the brakes when you turn the engine on would be the vacuum feed to the servo assist. however a leaky servo would cause the brake pedal to stay difficult to push. perhaps youve reconected the vacuum feed from the plenum to the wrong place?

radio fuse is in the fuse box in the driver footwell to the right of the accelerator pedal
