Does anyone know what happening with this guy. Anyone else awaiting parts after paying. He sends out nice pm's but not the goods. I hope you read this Scott.....................it will only get worse.:mad:

I've not bought anything from this guy but just think the minimum anyone should do is PM people if there's a problem sending out bits or at a very minimum post a thread saying he's having problems but has not been forgotten. Really hope there's nothing up with this guy as people end up losing future trust which is the real shame...................

i have his details i will give him a call tomorrow get some info for you all, spoke to my mate who is getting my wiper motor he is picking it up at the weekend he says. i will update you all tomorrow

If someone has his details then they should inform him of the situation. All those that have paid by Paypal should contact Paypal to inform them of his illegal activities and thus get his account frozen. I will certainly be going to the police tomorrow if he does not get in touch soon, luckily a workmates son is in the CID and will contact the local police for us once his address is known. Lets hope all this is not required and he comes forward with a valid explanation, or refund.

agreed, as paypal has a deadline to report any problems with any transaction, I think it's around a month from the payment being sent/recieved?.. so I really can't be doing with this dragging on any longer than necessary.

Well i paid him on the 5th of may:shock: just checked, what with holidays etc. didn`t realise been that long.. so paypal ain`t helping me but i will report him if needed and take steps of my own. UPDATE. just checked small print, looks like 45days from transaction using paypal and they can reverse trans. after the event, even if monies have been paid and drawn.

yeah my paypal comes under this method of payment, not sure if covered,but technically think it`s between you n paypal then paypal and the seller and the seller must agree to the rules/contract they place on transactions..they warn monies can be retracted at a later date etc. but from a bank directly wouldn`t have thought any help forthcoming.

left him a message this morning but still no reply will let you know when i hear something

well nice or or not i`ve had enough :rant: and have started steps to retrieve my money, i still hope he can get my parts to me before this escalates any further.

I have also had enough, it's been a month now, i've filed a complaint via-paypal & requested my money back, now has to go through the resolution centre. What an absolute joke.

Zerocooldel has his number n must have the address as his mate was picking up a wiper from him he also said this fella works not too far from him. Also spoke with mr feeny this morn he say`s this guy came all the way down but not 2 weeks ago to buy a gearbox from him..prob with all our cash! Said was nice fella n all that n maybe something`s happened as didn`t seem the type, so although this is asking a lot we need somebody local to see this man. Finally if this member will not reply we can only all assume the obvious, which is kinda stupid since it won`t be hard to take this to a conclusion.

Clownpants is about an hour up the road from me. I went up to collect some parts, tbh he dos'nt seem the type of guy to rip others of. I'll see if I still have his number, but I dont have his address, the car was at his inlaws when i collected the parts.

i have both his works addy and home addy it would be tuesday or wednesday before i could pop over and see him though. il speak to my mate tomorrow at work see if he manage to get hold of him.
