Teenager and girlfriend stoped in front of my house this morning with a flat tyre he hadnt a clue how to change it so told him to drive up into my driveway and I got my trolly jack and wheel nut spider out he got his spare of course it was flat so filled it with air from compressor in my garage got it on and sent him on his way. Now he told me he drove over a lose manhole cover and his tyre did have a 3" cut in it, thought no more about it till this afternoon when just 100 meters from my house I narrowly missed this.

Typical council.... too busy ripping the hard working class off to do any major work involving the hard working community. I bet if a claim was put in to them, it would take f***ing ages to get some compensation.
