Hello everyone,

Yesterday I took my Z on the road after quite some time. Enjoyed every minute of it until a problem occurred. Mine is an auto and every time I put my foot down hard and the Z blasted off, when I released the acceleration pedal completely, the car still accelerated up for a second or so..This happened a few times. So eased my way back home. It only did this when booted hard and was fine on normal driving..

Any idea what this might be???

As above check the green pipe just next to your throttle cable under the bonnet.

See if it pushes into it's black socket ok, if it seems to move, you need to either seal it back in place with some sort of resin or stick a cable tie round it.

Very common problem. See the "my Z tried to kill me" thread.
