Finally getting ours installed on thursday, so who got it? and is it a big difference in the picture quality??

on the HD Channels ohhhhh yeah bbc HD is freekin awsome

There is a huge difference, compared to normal sky also, the HD channels are great especially if the programme has been filmed in HD, the rest of the channels appear clearer, must be upscaled to a better resolution when you have the HD package.

 

Ive moved recently and had my packages stopped till im ready to get it back on and the pic quality isnt as good as with the HD package.

 

So in short, you will like.......

Cheers got ourselves a nice little 42" samsung plasma a few wks ago too, so looking forward to this now:D

Big difference and well worth it . For instance , ITV show some big football matches , and , as I can`t get ITV HD , I find the quality is really poor compared to Sky Sports HD .

I had it for a couple of years, paid £300 for the box and in my opinion it's not worth a tenner a month as there are not enough channels in HD. If all the channels were in HD it would be worth it as the picture quality is good but there not :(

£49 for the box :rofl: although had to pay full price for another one ( well my brother did):)

Apparently they are providing them free at the moment . Can`t remember how long this offer lasts .

Picture quality is fantastic Dave when you watch normal sky you can see a big difference but IMHO there is still not enough channels :)
