Just got back, good day weather not that bad, we only had a small rain shower this morning just as our track time started:headvswal.

But overall good turn out and nice to catch up with old friends and new.

Some of our lads spun off,but not saying who;),and real bad luck to the guy who brought Stus old car [silver streak] he was going very well until he lost a bolt on the o/s front caliper which sent the caliper threw his wheel, lucky he felt the car wasn't right and pulled into the pits where he then had the blow out.

Real shame car does look better in the flesh.

Any way good turn out but i have no pictures [left the camera in the garage:rolleyes:]

Hope every body gets home safe.

Dave

better tyres will make the drive a hell of a lot better on the track, i know from experience lol :D

last time at castle combe i had pirelli p zeros on BUT i didnt realise how old and brittle they had gotten not to mention being bald on the insides. YES p zeros are an awesome tyre but there were like plastic, i just fitted falken 452's although they are an average tyre what a difference they made im so suprised. Managed to track it this time with more confidence, even in the rain they felt better than the old ones.

was great but i have really realised how bad my brakes are. they went after the last lap of the last session and i could put the brake pedal to the floor and the car wouldnt slow down  lucky the session finished when it did.

was a good day!!

Nice to meet a few new faces as well as the old usual crowd

Murt - impressive impression of a flymo fella!!

Okie dokie, i'm not really a Zed person =/ but i was there with a m8 today and his zed, i was having a look through hear and saw the demand for pictures, i have a few if you want them, there here, no passwords needed. I especially liked the 240zx hillclimb car as u will see in the pictures (atleast i think it was 240zx), i get confused. =D I will have a video on youtube soon, i filmed both Zed sessions from start to finish.
