Maybe some wiring, with vibration looses continuity or coil pack, have you checked them.

I did have a quick look at the coilpacks, to be honest i think its got to be a coilpack or plug, but with when it idles high its fine, so could be a fueling problem. The mods are:

JWT chip of some sort

Profec B II as far as i know running just over standard boost

Full stainless turbos back

maybe something to do with the coilpacs heating up and breaking down

Thats what id think, shouldnt be a fueling problem, just gotta find out what cylinder, i know its on the passenger side bank anyway

After changing the plugs on my car in only ran on 5,had a fiddle with wiring to plugs and its been fine since.

loom? always a bit suspect. Try swapping coil pack from 1 to somewhere else and see if the miss moves with the coil pack. If no then swap the plug. If still no then check the loom. Might also be a vacuum leak
