Hi everyone

My car will be arriving from Japan at the end of this month hopefully so I was wondering what if anything I will need to do to it.

De-limit the speed ? Do I have to since I'm an old guffer now ?

Adjust the mileometer to reflect the mileage in miles instead of km's ? How ?

UK clocks ? (What's the difference ?)

Other things ?

Is it the act of de-limiting the speed that changes the mileometer to read miles ?

Cheers

Mark

By law you just need a fog light on the back I think, nothing stopping you leaving the clocks etc in km, nothing wrong with that

If you change it to read in mph you still cant legally change the milage readout

Most the converter boxes convert the speedo to read in mph also remove the 112mph limiter

You may want to put a euro ECU into it, as if it comes with a tuned ECU from japan they have different octane in their fuel.

I agree !!!

I'm only down the road from you in Surbiton so we'll have to meet up at Box Hill over the summer. In fact there used to be a few meets there and certainly a staging post for runs to the coast.......
