Hi all a few weeks ago i saw on here a thread relating to emissions that is how to reduce the by the removal of a small pipe help any one no what one it is car failed mot on emissions,split in tyre,headlamp aim,and steering arm, not bad i thinks.

Tyre = new one

 

headlamp aim = adjust them, poss that the adjusters are knackerdas they are mad made of plastic, speak to dan @ DTA in traders section he sourced metal gears for me from a tamiya r/c car kit, agro job as it means removing headlights, but well worth it.

 

Steering arm = split gator or bent, have a look at zedworld or SWZ in traders for a replacement or via Nissan for new.

 

As for the emmisions, you can remove a pipe of the balance bar to reduce, how ever due to the 300zx not being listed on mot database, it can be done by a fail test.
